Thanks for covering this important issue. A question for legal minds in this space: can lawsuits be brought against judges who use threats or intimidation to suppress citizens from educating one another about their rights as jurors? If judicial immunity blocks that avenue, what legal mechanisms remain? This strikes me as a serious First Amendment issue --- the right to share truthful legal information in a public forum shouldn't evaporate because a judge finds it inconvenient. Are there civil liberties organizations actively litigating in this space, or building cases toward a challenge? Jury nullification is one of the last genuine checks ordinary citizens hold against unjust laws, and systematic judicial intimidation of those who educate others about it deserves serious legal pushback.
